This 10-week virtual advising experience is intentionally designed for school leaders seeking to deepen their leadership practice while strengthening school culture in meaningful, sustainable ways. Through weekly 1-hour sessions, leaders gain structured space to reflect, problem-solve, and grow as they navigate the complex realities of leading people, teams, and systems.

Throughout the experience, we focus on real-time leadership challenges, helping leaders clarify their leadership truths, strengthen decision-making, and align values, vision, and daily actions. Sessions are guided by practical reflection, strategic questioning, and application-focused dialogue that supports both immediate needs and long-term leadership growth.

Each session is personalized to the leader’s context—whether supporting instructional teams, shaping classroom and schoolwide culture, improving communication and family partnerships, or refining professional leadership goals. All work is grounded in the H2 Leadership philosophy, emphasizing the integration of strategic clarity (head) with relational, human-centered leadership (heart) to support staff growth, healthy culture, and student success.

The H2 Leadership School Culture Academy is an immersive, practical experience designed for school leaders who are ready to intentionally strengthen culture, elevate leadership practice, and align their teams around shared values and expectations. Over two focused days, leaders will examine the systems, behaviors, and beliefs shaping their current school culture while learning how to lead with both head and heart. 

Leaders and teachers will engage in guided reflection, collaborative discussion, and real-world application to clarify leadership truths, strengthen trust, improve communication, and build consistent, people-centered leadership practices.

Educators will leave with:
