H2 Leaders’ 10-Week Teacher Coaching Cohorts provide educators with consistent, personalized support designed to turn reflection into meaningful action. Participants meet virtually every week for at least one hour with an experienced coach who brings an outside perspective, practical strategies, and focused questions to help teachers navigate challenges and strengthen their practice.

All sessions are virtual with an option for virtual observations. The power of this model is frequency and consistency. Rather than occasional professional development or periodic coaching conversations, teachers have a dedicated coaching partner every week for 10 weeks. This creates momentum, allows teachers to apply strategies between sessions, and provides an ongoing opportunity to reflect, adjust, and grow.

Coaching can support both new and experienced teachers with areas such as classroom challenges, instructional decision-making, communication, confidence, professional goals, collaboration, and navigating change.

Our coaches can also partner with and support your on-site instructional coaches, creating an additional layer of capacity rather than replacing the valuable support already within your organization.
