Leadership Strategist

With over 26 years of experience in education, I started H2 Leaders because of my passion for leadership and ensuring leaders have the important understanding of the synergy between leading with both their head and their heart. 

I believe strong organizations are built by leaders who intentionally develop both human capacity and human connection. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I do commit to being a thought partner who will be curious enough to ask the right questions.

My work combines PK-12 classroom teaching, educational and organizational research, practical leadership experience, coaching & consulting, and a commitment to authentic relationships to help leaders build impactful teams.

Whether I am in a 1:1 coaching session, leading a strategic planning masterclass, presenting a PD keynote, or facilitating a leadership retreat, my focus is the same…Develop the functional skills first before tackling the technical work. This ensures leaders are building organizations where the people thrive, and the work is excellent!
